Refunds

To request a refund on your order, please contact info@indiebooklauncher.com. Our refund policy is as follows:

• If we have not begun work on your order, we will refund the full cost of your order, minus any fees required to move the money. (For example: online payment processing fees, cheque cashing fees, or currency conversion fees.)
• If we have already begun work on your order, but have not delivered your final drafts, we may, at our discretion, provide a partial refund based on the amount of work already performed, minus any fees required to move the money as described above. If the value of our work already performed is greater than your fees paid, no refund will be granted.
• After delivery of your final materials, no refunds will be granted.

We treat all refund requests as high priority and will resolve them as quickly as possible.
