moral right
A copyright that protects the authorship or integrity of a work.
Moral rights include the right to be recognized as the author (attribution), the right to publish anonymously or under a pseudonym, and the right to prevent the work from being distorted or altered.
Moral rights are enforced differently in each country, but typically the remain with the original author even if the economic rights have been sold.
